American Heart Association specially designed this course for parents, grandparents, friends and others who want to learn how to save a life. It’s interactive and dynamic, allowing the participants to learn with maximum feedback, while being fun and social.
Since it is not for professionals it is shorter and does not include a final exam, so no stress.

What Will I Learn?

This 90-120 minutes long program includes all the necessary information and plenty of practice time to effectively respond to different emergency scenarios:

• Child CPR and choking
• Adult CPR and choking
• Emergency call procedure
• Demonstration of AED
